During COVID-19, most of the transportation industry had to close up or suspend in the state of Colorado. We stayed open. Our Missing 10% ethos is what got us through the pandemic and beyond. To survive, we focused on: superior customer service, showing up when we’re supposed to show up, clean and safe rides, being a part of the local community, acquiring assets, partnering with other distressed transport businesses, and doing it with a sense of humor.
