Then several homebrews during my Chemical Engineering studies in Belgium. I sailed a "Pirate's Life" in Australia and backpacked in South East Asia for 13 months of cultural discoveries. Lived the "Castle" life with "Leopold7" during a brand development and research project on beer oxidation at SAB-Miller Newlands in South Africa. I then helped hundreds of craft breweries around France and Belgium optimizing their brewing process for 3 years through the use of biotechnologies. Currently back to Asia where I managed the technical support of industrial breweries during 2 years, troubleshooting their process and optimizing it through processing aids and biotechnologies. Now focusing on beverage production & fermentation as a technical expert for breweries, wineries, cideries and distilleries in Asia-Pacific for 5 years already. Leading technical and cross-functional projects involving process and recipe optimizations, team and customer training, new product development, pilot trials, sensory assessment, and finished product quality for brewers, cider-makers and distillers.
