Staymobile employed approximately 300 employees and contractors working across six facilities located in five different states. Collectively, my roles as General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer required me to direct and oversee all day-to-day operations of Staymobile’s legal, compliance, and real estate departments, and additionally I helped to define long-term goals for, and assist with operation of the human resources and marketing departments. As CAO, I operated as a business executive, overseeing commercial real estate matters, policy making, compliance, governance & integrity, and diversity & inclusion, and assisted with all broader marketing and human resources concerns as they arose. During this time I also served as outside legal counsel representing numerous industry leading companies in the fields of sports, entertainment, media, franchising, commercial development, commercial lending, military contracting, international manufacturing, and software development, responsible for all day-to-day legal operations, such as regulatory compliance, employment matters, and the negotiation and drafting of various agreements.
