Managed portfolio of 6 projects, 4 teams and total of 21 staff, with budget c. $5.5M USD eq. focussed on rural & urban humanitarian Shelter, WASH and Public Infrastructure across North Iraq. - Strengthened area-based programming through driving coordinated programme design and targeting, developing joint assessment tools, capacity building. Delivered integrated programs with Civil Society (peacebuilding), Economic Recovery & Protection teams with a focus on age, gender & diversity. - Directly responsible for analysis of humanitarian needs and resultant programme design. Managed recruitment, capacitation and performance of personnel and value-for-money issues enabling project expansion to an additional two districts (Hatra & Ba’aj). - Led dispute resolution and negotiations with community and government officials. Built team capacity to receive and apply feedback. Developed monitoring tools enabling learning and improved outcomes. - Expanded team to 400% original capacity, increasing gender diversity from 100% male to 40% female.
