Facilitated temporary URM restrengthening work on St. Hildas Anglican church & the documentation phase of the proposed renovations to the facade and integrated interior. Worked closely with client to define scope, budget and time parameters. Additionally, a ‘strategic vision’ was proposed for the economic safe guarding and future proofing of the Church which involved transforming redundant or underutilised spaces into lettable ones, to generate a source of passive income.
