My first novel 'Proteus' is now available in paperback and as an ebook. It is a light-hearted thriller.I the book whilst I was ill and found it a welcome distraction from the day to day traumas of a poor prognosis.. I have to say I am absolutely thrilled by the response to the launch of 'Proteus' which has received some wonderful reviews on Amazon. I have now started my second novel. The project name for the new book is currently 'Guts' and it is likely to be far more controversial as it is a fictionalised version of my experiences over the past 6 years during which time I have nearly died on at least three occasions, been made bankrupt due to the mis-sale of an interest rate swap by my bank and had to fight the NHS for the right to have access to life-saving drugs and a life-saving operation. Because it is fictionalised, there will no holds barred and it will definitely be worth a read.

Live Well 4 Longer is a campaign which my wife, Penny Ericson, and I started at the beginning of 2014. Our target is to raise £100,000 each year for our chosen charities through a combination of activities. This year we are supporting Pelican Cancer Foundation who were so instrumental in my return to health and Boot Out Breast cancer.We will also during the course of the year be touring the country giving cooking demos and talks to cancer sufferers.
