Passionate about helping people flourish and exceed their own expectations.What gets me out of bed in the morning is helping leaders and teams be the very best they can be.Using lessons from over 25 years of working in elite sports – an environment that constantly deals with complexity and continual shifting of goal posts has given me a valuable mindset, insights, tools, and methods of coping with and thriving in an ever-changing world.In late 2021 I developed, alongside Michael Broadbridge, a program that reverse-engineered what it takes for organisations and individuals to have more Great Days at work. We help by holistically diagnosing the working environment and supporting the development of tactics to optimise people, systems, and behaviours.I use my elite sports coaching experience in leadership and organisational coaching, helping clients understand how to work backwards from their desired outcomes.
