Dynamite Music represents everything I believe beginner-music-lessons should be: Affordable, effective, and fun. We give students the opportunity to explore and develop their own musical tastes and as a result, they practice more and make more progress in lessons.We currently teach 400 students in 9 primary schools and 6 community centres across Wellington, Dunedin and New Plymouth.

Weathertight Services represented the government response to the 'leaky homes' crisis in NZ. We arranged inspection and assessment of buildings across NZ to determine causes of leaks and appropriate remediation, and ensured that the government's contribution was fair and in accordance with the WHRS Act and subsequent amendments.I had the unique role of scheduling and allocating the 'building technical' elements of our service to 5 internal staff and ~100 external contractors. This permanent part-time role complimented teaching music in schools, and allowed me to build on the project co-ordination experience I gained while working at Goodtime Music Academy. During my 2 years I managed the logistical aspects of ~$6million of contractor assesment and building technical work. I organised and managed Goodtime Music's on site teaching at 20 primary schools. I oversaw 5 direct reports and the teaching of 300 students. I provided ongoing training and developed a teaching syllabus. I also maintained relationships with the principals at the various schools.
