In this role, I was the liaison between the alliance's steering committee and the member organizations and well as a broad range of external actors. I coordinated and offered support for implementation of advocacy and capacity building action plans I developed and implemented communication strategies and managed the documentation and dissemination and sharing of knowledge among coalition members and external stakeholders. I created and managed content dissemination on all digital platforms including the website and social media platforms.

I Developed and successfully rolled-out the strategy for the transition of the organization's advocacy focus from child adoption to broader childcare and protection reform. Positioned the organization as a key actor and interlocutor in childcare reform in Kenya and the east and southern Africa region through the formation of the Association of Alternative Family Care of Children in Kenya and as a founder member of the Transform Alliance Africa respectfully. Spearheaded the collaboration, advocacy, and communication strategies for various projects including a successful judicial review and Kenya-Rwanda governments learning exchange on care refor.
