HR Reporting Team Lead and Senior Compliance Specialist for the outsourced HR Managed Service at Fiona Stanley Hospital, a 780 bed quaternary hospital commissioned and opened in 2014. Responsible for the delivery of contract performance and compliance reporting as well as coordinating the customer (WA Health) facing delivery of all requests for HR reporting, analytics and related projects. I was also responsible for leading the HR Service Centre team and the delivery of policy administration and general HR queries.Key Achievements:• HR Reporting Team Management – Development and delivery of a range of reporting products for our WA Health customer through the coordination of the HR Reporting Team. • Dashboard Development – Development and automation of a range of performance and reporting dashboards for HR, OSH, L&D and Security Management.• Contract and Budget Management – Manage the HR Managed Service contract. Contract interpretation and negotiation, KPI and compliance reporting, and service line budget manager.• Development and Facilitation of Excel Training Module – aimed at increasing the base to mid-level data literacy and excel proficiency of users across site.• Business Development – Responsible for ongoing stakeholder relationship development and promoting the reporting solutions developed by the HR Reporting team throughout Fiona Stanley Hospital.• Process Mapping – Coordinated the mapping of existing processes, facilitated process mapping sessions, developed associated procedures and work instructions, promoted changes to improve existing processes.
