Established a consolidated IT Support & Maintenance function comprising over 60 staff, 200 applications and 60 3rd party external vendors.

To achieve the strategy of rolling out the Strategic Systems Suite solution across the EMEA region. I led the customisation, deployment and support into AIG Operations in France, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. I also led the definition of a standard project management approach and a joint venture initiative with Tata to outsource application Support and Development.

- Definition and setup of Outsourcing function including technical infrastructure, development toolset, methodology, staff recruitment, development and delivery. I began my career with Aer Lingus. I joined the IT department and advanced to the role of Senior Software Engineer where I developed and supported mainframe and 4GL applications.
