I am a 23-year-old student at Aarhus School of Engineering, pursuing a degree as a Bachelor in Technology Management and Marine Engineering (BTecMan & MarEng). My passion lies in project management, especially when it leads to tangible and noticeable results. I thrive best in practical work, where I can see my contributions translated into action.In my study job, I work with manual turning, milling, CNC milling, as well as assembly and technical drawing primarily involved in the construction of packaging machines for the pharmaceutical industry. This practical experience complements my theoretical education and provides me with a holistic understanding of mechanical engineering.My interest in cultural differences and travel has taken me to 19 countries and to a semester at Michigan Technological University. This experience has broadened my horizons and strengthened my ability to work across cultures and backgrounds, increasing my interest in working with international cooperation.Currently, I have an internship with Terma Aerostructures, where on my 9th and final semester at Aarhus School of Engineering, I will work on a bachelor project focusing on process optimization. My burning interest lies in project management and process optimization, including methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM, which I have supplemented with knowledge from courses at Michigan Technological University.I see myself as somewhat of an atypical BTecMan & MarEng, combining technical expertise with project management and process optimization.
