After identifying what was owing put together presentations for each customer affected to show what was owing and a suggested settlement. The project raised £900k of missing revenue in 6 months.As well as on the job experience the formal part of the scheme entailed a series of monthly courses ranging from soft skills like presenting, leadership and strategic planning to more technical skills including an advanced Excel course (something I have found really useful in every position since), SQL programming and internal software courses.
