Partnering the Fashion & Footwear division to communicate and implement the corporate HR roadmap and objectives to help drive business goals and strategy. Providing direction, support and advice to key internal stakeholders on the implementation of HR initiatives across the division.

HR lead assigned to project to implement a new HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance and Workforce Planning system. Time and Attendance system provided by Reflexis and HR system provided by Northgate. Ensuring all requirements are documented and where applicable new processes implemented. Testing all new software and providing all training on the new HR system.
