He leads Aon's Human Capital business in Australia and Aon’s Talent Solutions business across Australia and New Zealand who help +1,400 clients drive business performance and manage risk through people. The team are trusted advisors to Boards and Management in the areas of governance, executive and broad-based reward strategy, incentive plan design, pay equity, compensation data, analytics and insights, people analytics, talent assessment, employee benefits, wellbeing, workers compensation and employee health & safety. Simon has +20 years’ experience advising companies in people strategy and financial performance, assisting companies operating across a global geography from industries including oil & gas, utilities, energy trading, mining, construction, government, life sciences, education and professional services. His clients have included a range of top FTSE and ASX listed organisations, privately held companies, NFPs and smaller, fast growth companies. Prior to working for AON, Simon held various people and financial performance positions with Mercer, EDF Energy, TXU and PwC.
