I give organisations control, visibility and capacity through software. Many businesses are created from a brilliant idea which people love. However businesses often hit a bump when they try to scale. The business needs to start working differently, the owner(s) are now finding they are working longer hours but something is just not working, stress is high, profits not quite so, the new employee is not working, your software (website, bookkeeping, CRM...) is not delivering the functionality you expected, you have far too many spreadsheets.I work with organisations over the long term. Getting to know how each organisation currently works and what is important to it, I can work with stakeholders to make regular positive improvements to the organisation by developing processes, bespoke software and customisation of existing systems.People ask me who I help. And the seemingly strange answer is that I look for people who are too busy to leave work on time to spend with the family and friends. People who have offices full of paper and spend time looking for information. Business owners who don't quite know what their employees are up to or why their performance varies massively.
