My achievements include: 👉 Banks: Complex separation of Co-op Bank from Co-op Group; turn-around of subsidiary sale project (Co-op); advice to re-platform programme in French Bank; turn-around of Luxembourg re-platform programme.👉 Other Financial Services: Industry leading migration of 2.8m policies from Aviva onto Admin Re’s purpose built administration system allowing 160 Aviva systems to be decommissioned; delivered core element of Solvency II programme (Phoenix Group); turn-around of failing programme to transfer Capital One UK from branch of US company to subsidiary, regulated in UK; and doubled size of offshore operations in India whilst improving their service metrics using Systems Thinking.
