I test the www.shopgoodwill.com website. My responsibilities include maintaining our code unit tests, front-end tests (Selenium), and our testing infrastructure. I deploy changes to the live production site after the QA process is complete. I also bring donuts to the office and fetch coffee as needed.

My team tests collaboration related portlets on the Liferay Portal. This included Blogs, Knowledge Base, Message Boards, Documents, and more. I test the functionality in various deployment environments to ensure the product works as intended. My primary responsibility is creating and maintaining automated selenium tests to identify issues with the front-end user interface.

I am the primary technical contact for developers integrating credit card processing with their software application. I lead projects from the sales engineering call, through software development and initial merchant boarding. I am responsible for making sure software releases are feature rich and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

I troubleshoot technical problems for merchants using CAM Commerce's X-Charge payment software. I work on issues ranging from hardware failures to merchant deposit discrepancies. The technical environments range from single store merchants to regional sized chains.

I am responsible for user enjoyment at Coldstone Creamery. I engage customers by serving them from our selection of ice creams, cakes, and shakes. I provide deliverable dessert creations in a timely cost effective manner, in compliance with customers needs and project requirements. I also serve as an inventory specialist making and refilling ice cream, waffle cones, and refill mix-ins and cups during the day as required. If you put a dollar in the tip jar I will sing.
