God is first in my life and the Gospel radically influences every hour of my day. I am a culturally intelligent, visionary leader with a pastoral heart. I have a deep love for the church, both local and universal, and am committed to spending my life in full-time ministry. As a multiplying leader, I love championing those around me as well as identifying and magnifying the unique strengths of team members. I believe that every person is valuable and has something to contribute, but I also believe that it is only possible for people to reach their full potential when they align themselves with God’s design for their lives. In every season of my life, my passion has always been to point people to the God who designed them and loves them. I am highly relational, quick to laugh and joke, but also highly focused when it comes to vision and intentionality. I value relational harmony and building connections with others, but I am also strongly principled and uncompromising on issues of integrity.Some ministry highlights have included preaching in remote villages and worshipping God with people from all over the globe, and conducting the marriage ceremonies of couples who I discipled when they were teenagers.
