Agent working on Tottenham Court Road Station Upgrade project.I delivered the reinforced concrete substructure and superstructure works for three of the Civils sections at TCR. This involved developing a close relationship with the client to build a solid level of trust, managing labour and resources on a daily basis, liaising with other sections of work to enable efficient and effective on-site works, monitoring and controlling the quality, cost and programme aspects of the work, developing design solutions for both permanent and temporary works and communicating with the designer when required.I worked on the project since it started on site and have seen the works through from early site setup to the current stage where the RC works are nearing completion.

Heathrow Terminal 2b.I was involved in constructing the stands around the newly built T2b building. This included close liaison with the contractors working on T2b (Balfour Beatty) as works often interacted with each other. It was the first project where I gained exposure to the NEC3 form of contract. We successfully diverted services, removed the old PQ stands and re-aligned them to the new T2b building. I moved from this project mid-way through to join BAM Nuttall and work on my current project, Tottenham Court Road Station Upgrade project.
