I've worked as a consultant across the public, private and third sectors for 20 years, focusing on enabling teams and individuals to be more successful - to enhance their impact, increase staff engagement and improve their results. I am passionate about increasing people's personal effectiveness at work - their ability to make best use of their strengths, improve their resilience, and how they achieve results through others. My work as a leadership coach is with clients across the private, public and third sectors in the UK and overseas: from IBM and JLL; to the NHS and BBC; business schools and national charities. I am committed to improving people's mental health and wellbeing at work as the route to increasing engagement and improving business results. I am also chair of the board of a leading mental health charity, Better Pathways, which provides routes into employment for people experiencing mental health problems.I've joined the Linkedin community to continue to meet & develop new business relationships with like minded professionals.
