Managed all live and release activity for Zen Music's lead artist, Will Tang, and provided additional record label and management services to other artists, including Whiskycats.Established industry relationships to ensure physical and digital distribution, national and regional PR for press, TV and radio. Managed the release of Will Tang's album, three singles and a video, successfully achieving exposure in mainstream channels, including Q, Mojo, The Guardian, and BBC Radio 2.Represented parent company, Zen Internet Ltd, in industry forums tackling the role of ISPs in response to digital piracy.

Led the learning and development element of the organisation's £5m Knowledge & Learning Programme.Provided internal learning and development consultancy to staff in the information services around the global network, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa.Co-developed Knowledge & Information Services' Learner Support training course.

Ran the Dreams & Teams youth sports leadership cascade training programme for Egypt, firstly in Alexandria, then in Cairo.Facilitated delivery of programme of sports events run by young people for children across the national network of youth centres in partnership with the Egyptian Ministry of Youth.Expanded the programme to include participants from Jordan and Yemen following the outbreak of war in the Gulf.Began as full-time English teacher in 2000 and moved into project management after attaining my teaching diploma.
