Senior Account ManagerPitney Bowes Mar 2010 - Jun 2013HarlowIn March 2010 I began a sales role within Pitney Bowes as a sales agent within their core business department focusing on Franking machine consumables.In August 2010 I was picked out from a select few to begin a brand new Office Supplies department of Pitney Bowes. With 100,000 existing mailing solution customers at our disposal, my objective was simple, to further their relationship with Pitney Bowes and offer a full IT consumables and stationery solution.Starting from scratch I manifested my own loyal customer base from my sales skills along with my personality and persuasion which resulted in consistent performance and regularly hitting sales quota, becoming a key figure in the department.With time management and dedicating extra time out of work hours I have gradually created a very lucrative customer base whilst still maintaining the main aim of increasing Pitney Bowes Office supplies customers.After Six months I was handed further responsibilities to lead a small team whilst commanding a nursery role which involved working on and developing new starters.Over the next Two years I gained increased responsibility and got involved in business decisions made by the department as I quickly became the department’s top selling agent.
