This included designing the program management framework, managing all aspects of the build through to deployment, producing documentation for senior stakeholders and ensuring a robust CX and UX framework.• Pioneered regional sales strategies for Travelport Worldwide in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Pacific, tracking post-onboarding sales targets versus budget using Customer Tracker Reports that included tailored data that allowed sales to revenue targets to grow.• Led the Graphical User Interface point of sale adoption program at Travelport Worldwide, growing adoption across the African, Middle East, Indian and Pakistani markets from 10% to 75% in year 1.• Program-managed the Travelport Worldwide Air Ticket Exchange software release and deployment program in a global landscape, addressing a critical business software gap in 45 countries against a target of 35. This program was delivered using an agile framework.
