Completed NEBOSH training at short notice, receiving the highest result (distinction) and managed a complete turnaround of the site health and safety culture.Conducted incident investigations, advised staff and management and liaised with other AstraZeneca SHE leaders. Ensure compliance with SHE regulations and company policies by managing assessment of site risk and using the process to assess training priorities and developed an audit program.
