As LCI Coordinator at NOV, my responsibilities was:• To be a part of the Project Management Team (PMT) and report on a daily basis to the project manager.• Have a clearly defined mandate for LCI related issues in the project• Work in close cooperation with Engineering Manager, Project Support Manager, and Document Controller• Coordinate LCI specific training in the organization and the projectMy function has two main work areas: internal and external. It is important to establish both arenas early to clarify the requirements and needs. To meet up at the start of the project and quarterly during the project and establish regular phone meetings.Close cooperation within an internal project team, continuous improvement of Document Management process and increase the efficiency of the project flow.

My responsibilities include meeting participation, project follow-up according to contract milestones and specifications, monthly and cost reporting to a client, VOR (variation order requests) to a customer, deviation requests, invoicing and letter writing in collaboration with a project manager.Relevant projects:- Goliat (Eni Norge);- Heidelberg (partly) (Technip USA / Anadarko).

My responsibilities, in collaboration with QA/QC-department, included meeting arrangement, brainstorming, collection and systematization of information according to relevant directives and specifications.Relevant projects:- Aasta Hansten (Statoil);- Goliat FPSO (Eni Norge).
