His efforts have allowed him to drive strategic organisational development as an HRM specialist by designing, developing, and facilitating corporate team strategies. Simon is currently the CEO of The ODD Company and CEO of The Guardian Service Limited. He founded The ODD Company in 2012 to deliver TDP (Team Diagnostic Profiler) to the international markets. As an OD specialist, Simon has brought Camelot (UK National Lottery Operator) to 13th place in the Sunday Times “100 Best Companies” in the UK and rebuilt pride amongst the 6,000 staff of Barking Havering and Redbridge NHS University Hospitals. As the CEO of The Guardian Service Limited, Simon provides a confidential staff liaison service to NHS staff and other public sector bodies in the UK through a team of dedicated guardians for 120,000 public sector employees in England. In addition to his professional achievements, Simon possesses exemplary educational qualifications, including a Doctor of Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University. Simon is a published author with his recent book “Wake up and smell the coffee – the imperative of teams,” published by LID Publishing in London, Dublin, the USA, India, South Asia, Russia, and mainland China. His book recently won the best foreign book award at the 2021 PWC Business Book of the year awards in Russia.
