Being part of a centralised business support area setting the overall direction for Injectable Finished Products (IFP). The IFP SVP-area consist of global production sites, a Manufacturing Development organisation, an expansion-focused organisation, and business support.

Responsible for driving and supporting strategic processes in CMC Development within two CVP areas covering ~ 500 FTEs.

As the chairman my two main responsibilities were to have the ongoing contact with the partners and draw new partners to the organization. Secondly as the chairman I was the spokesman for the finance students delivering their opinions to the professor responsible of the finance master’s degree program, where these opinions were used to improve the finance program. Lastly much afford was done to coordinate events to attract new members. Among the events were several social events and study trips including company visits.

As the vice chairman I facilitated the board meetings and prioritized the agenda for these. I prepared the material to be used at partner meetings and did the contractual work with our partners. Further I took part in the preliminary coordination of a study trip for the members of the association.

During my internship I worked as an in-house management consultant (6 month) and was afterwards employed as a student employee. I worked on projects within retail, and procurement. The tasks was primarily to develop and implement performance tracking tools, analyse large amounts of data, conduct market analysis and create presentations for management and decision makers.

Debt counselling for private customers with various economic conditions. Primary task was to negotiate with creditors, optimise instalment profile for customers, help with applications for debt relief, prepare clients for bailiff’s court, and provide other ad hoc legal and economic advises for clients. Further I helped optimise working process to achieve a faster processing of cases.

I was a teacher in mathematics for new students at School of Business and Social Sciences, Aarhus University. Had to prepare the new students for mathematics taught in classes at the university prior to the beginning of the semester.
