My role as Key Account Director at giant is to ensure that our key accounts are receiving the highest quality service for both themselves and their candidates. Key aspects of my role include: ensuring S.L.A's are not just met but exceeded on a constant basis, ensuring that giant have a presence and a line of communication to every stakeholder from resource to CEO. We currently work with many of the largest recruitment companies in the U.K to devleop a strong relationship and to establish as many relevant points of contact as possible to ensure that Giant has the best possible coverage.
