My role was to work with the senior teams and create and run their warm-ups and cool-downs. The warmup also consisted of ball skills and athletic development drills. Furthermore, I created suitable conditioning sessions throughout the pre-season for the athletes to be prepared for the season. I also prescribed rehab programs for the injured athletes to allow them to get back to full training.
