CurrentSenior-level Expertise Certification validated by an Expert Panel in 4 key areas:• Performance: Achieving 85% or more of Annual Individual Objectives with a documented performance at "At Expected Level" or higher in recent years as Junior or Senior Technologist.• Technical Competencies: Accredited mastery at "Autonomous Application" or "Knowledge Transfer" level in the following 11 technical competencies: Linkage and Technology Transfer; Technological Project Management; Experimental Design and Scientific-Technological Method; Intellectual Property; Occupational Safety and Operational Excellence; Budget and Control; Laboratory Management; Testing Methods; Quality Management; Technical Communication; Applied Knowledge.• Knowledge Application: High-level Technical Contribution in at least 3 completed high-impact projects (R&D or Specialized Technical Services) with a Protagonist or Project Leader role in the Leadership dimension.• Collaboration: Accreditation level based on a scoring matrix in 2 dimensions: Transmission (tutoring, mentoring, and teaching) and Visibility (industry awards and recognition, granted patents, papers and publications in international journals and conferences, participation in technical communities, high-impact presentations).
