Sales: I have been an imported clay roof tiles and slate for over a 15 years. I have worked on projects from $10,000 to $40,000,000 though out North America. I work closely with all parties to remove the complication of adding a high-end roofing system should any part of the team be unfamiliar. I regularly work on behalf of a builder or architect to help guide a client though the selection process.Slate & Clay Tile: My primary field of expertise is the use of sustainable products such as Clay, Slate & Concrete roofing materials. I currently represent 4 international companies in the North American market. Canadian and International Sales: Having done sales exclusively in the US for a decade I have recently returned to Canada to start exploring and developing the luxury roofing products market here. With the increase in spending and the move up market with design, now is the prefect time to inject some new options.Project Management: I have provided complete project management for the past 7 years. I have worked on projects in Miami, Connecticut, Toronto, and Omaha. The projects were all either large in scale or historically significant. In each case, a unique product had to be developed and produced specifically for the job. Tile Development and Manufacturing: This becomes a major part of my year. Working with clients to reproduce or create a tile which meets the specific project requirements. These included custom tiles with unique colors, finishes or one off accessory fittings. This process can last from a few weeks to several months on more complex jobs.Project Inspection: I have been brought in to projects to inspect and report on product failures, damage from a recent storm. I am frequently called in by insurance companies who have no experience with high-end roofing systems. We work with the insurance company to reduce overall replacement or repair costs and to ensure the client is happy with the results.
