CurrentAs founder and managing director, I am responsible for creating the vision for the company as well as coaching and supporting colleagues to achieve their goals in work, that translate to people achieving their dreams outside of work.I am dedicated to ensure the business provides equal opportunities to people from all walks of life no matter their background or gender. Having two young daughters; pay equality is an important topic I fully support and promote a diverse workforce. SDM Fuel Solutions Ltd recently achieved the status of 14th fastest privately owned business in the UK by The Sunday Times, this however felt unfair on the entire workforce that helped grow the company to where it is today and for the people that will help grow the company tomorrow. I have made a promise that if we are inside the top ten by 2025 I will take a full page spread in The Sunday Times to personally name every person that has helped build the company to what it is today and towards the goal of growing the business to be the best fuel solutions company globally.
