Since our formation in 2010 there has been a significant swing in our focus, due to the increased treat of malicious elements and increased governance, all of our solutions and support options are built with Cyber Security being the first and foremost consideration.

Initially employed as Infrastructure Engineer, before being appointed Infrastructure Manager in 2007; supporting the implementation of infrastructure projects while delivering and maintaining a resilient infrastructure aligned to ever-changing business demands. • Oversaw the effective and efficient management of hosted data warehouses. • Utilised a consultative approach with clients to effectively analyse and delineate their requirements and promote bespoke hosted solutions. • Provided leadership, motivation and strategic direction to a multifaceted team. • Managed and monitored end-user and customer expectations. • Planned and implemented a distributed WAN. • Coordinated the planning and implementation of a cross-site Active Directory and Exchange organisation. • Project managed the testing and implementation of new Microsoft products. • Successfully managed a secure data centre environment fit for the hosting of sensitive customer data. • Facilitated the implementation of cross-site security.
