Released capital for reinvestment, and reorganised remaining portfolio to maximise long-term income stream.3) Various development sites: represented a number of company clients on major regeneration projects. Worked with Tottenham Hotspur FC on the £1.4bn Haringey Development Vehicle opportunity; collaborated with major developer for land acquisition and masterplanning of Purley town centre; advised Sheffield United FC on regeneration opportunities from their land holding; oversaw New Bermondsey review.

With Co-Op introduced on the ground floor and luxury residential consent for the uppers, the property sold for £3.35m, an uplift of 84% from the original valuation, achieving 295k in fees.- Refurbishment of dilapidated Westminster residential block, successfully targeting MPs as tenants. Including the re-gear of a retail lease, property sold for £1.9m, a net increase of 60%.- 19 retail-led rent reviews, surrenders and lease renewals successfully negotiated and completed.- Disposal of all 62 properties, understanding the inherent strengths and weaknesses of each property, choosing the right method of sale, negotiating with purchasers and overseeing the legal process.2) 5-Property Industrial & Office Portfolio (National)- 3-year Asset Management instruction on behalf of Administrators to revitalise 2 office parks and 3 industrial estates located across the UK, comprising 46 units and £1.2m of rental income.- 10 lettings achieved, reinvigorating the marketing personnel / strategy and working with the existing tenants to expand and re-gear; reducing voids from 23% to 14%.3) Other- Further knowledge base of enfranchisement, dilapidation claims, surrender premiums, evictions, planning permissions, development works, change of use and property management.
