Led multiple transition and transformation programmes from bid through to delivery and stabilisation covering both Finance & Accounting and ICT services for a range of clients including Boots, DWP, DEFRA. I was also responsible for delivery of a range of services to a first time outsource Public sector client covering F&A, HR, payroll, training, procurement, estates management & fleet management with a team of 160 people based in a dedicated shared service centre and client locations

I am responsible for the leadership and management of projects to transition and transform business processes from client operations into Accenture’s global delivery network. This incorporates the programme management of the full spectrum of transition from bid through to "go live"​ including implementation of transformational initiatives.One of my major achievements in this role was to re-write the global "handbook"​ on "industrialisation" of transition processes and instruction on how to undertake and complete a successful transition programme

I led several major transition and transformation programmes covering services including F&A and HR for Public sector clients, including implementation of Oracle ERP system within "Transform Sandwell" JV. In addition I was Interim HR Director responsible for delivery of strategic and operational HR services to Sandwell & Dudley with a team of 226 employees across all HR service delivery lines including payroll, learning and development, recruitment and core HR.

This role encompassed operational responsibility for corporate HR cost centre and company wide HR initiatives including negotiation and maintenance of supplier relationships, union negotiations, bid support, SAP systems development, delivery of client and employee events and responsibility for all HR centric projects. I also had ownership of a “stand alone” operation supplying experienced revenues and benefits temporary employees to internal and external clients.

Responsible for full commercial, contractual and operational service delivery elements of a £6 million revenue account delivering Finance & Accounting and IT services to a 220 branch UK based retail client. The role also incorporated responsibility for client account management including being the primary client contact for all matters including regular interactions and contract review meetings with the Finance Director, Managing Director and senior client operational leaders

Responsible for delivery of outsourced services to ASDA supermarket group. Direct and indirect reports totalling thirty employees and a budget of £ 40m across a range of service functions based across multiple locations including on-site at client premises. Areas of responsibility included account management, project management, IT management, product marketing, customer service, financial management & client reporting to ASDA’s Own Brand Director

I was responsibility for the development of customer orientation through people, processes and operations within customer service and sales office operations, including responsibility for budgets, service level agreements and key performance indicators. I also managed various ad-hoc projects and provided input to customer operations strategy as well as undertaking operational responsibility for ICT systems
