The Bush Theatre is a world-famous home for new plays and an internationally renowned champion of playwrights. The Bush has produced hundreds of groundbreaking premieres since its inception in 1972, many of them Bush commissions, and hosted guest productions by leading companies and artists from across the world. As Chair hired the current Artistic and Executive Directors, helped the organisation navigate through the COVID pandemic and oversaw a ca. £5 million capital project to restyle our building (a former library) as a theatre fit to deliver for the needs of its audience and community in the 21st century with multiple performance spaces and significantly larger audience capacity and artistic and community program

Weasel & Sons was established as an independent TV and Theatre Production company specialising in new comedy writing. Over the course of 3 years produced a series of highly acclaimed comedy shows. Highlights included a BBC commission and four productions at the Edinburgh Festival including one successful West End transfer.

Part of the management team of a Venture Capital backed digital film production and distribution start-up (part-time role completed alongside MBA)

Produced and presented business plan which secured senior management buy-in for a new trading business. Launched, managed and given P&L responsibility for this venture, which duly became a core global business for RBS Financial Markets.
