My expertise lies in Building Strategic plans, navigating the Capital Markets and guiding organisations from innovative ideas to revenue generation through meticulous execution and acquisition plans.In 2017, I also founded and run Raw Insights, a commercial strategy firm, after gaining over 25 years of experience in the Biotech, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare industries. As an entrepreneurial C-Suite Executive, I possess a profound understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented across these sectors, emphasising the importance of adaptable strategies and execution plans.Alongside my consulting work, I have developed an intimate knowledge of the healthcare and consumer-packaged goods industry. Specifically, I've honed my expertise in the Pharmacy and Grocery markets, including International cross-border e-commerce channels in China (CBEC).Throughout my career, I have also served in several Non-Executive Director positions including Aware Environmental, a leading Australian manufacturer and brand owner of natural, certified organic, and eco-responsible products for personal care and homecare markets.
