Work on Behaviour, Safety and Personal Development, recognised by Ofsted as 'Outstanding'. Collaboration on school vision, self-evaluation and development planning; collate and track KPI; oversee progress and intervention. As Director of Coaching, I developed a bepoke system of coaching to support every student, administering record keeping procedures, quality assurance and staff training. Also line managed all staff in their role as personal coaches and had oversight for the behaviour systems and their impact on learning. Also Led whole school literacy and managed the English department, where I designed curriculum and developed teaching to suit the industry specialism and adapt to the needs of students.

Leading learning in the English, Drama and Media classroom. I was Head of House - covering a third of the school population and responsible for creation and delivery of an entirely new pastoral curriculum - building resilience and self esteem in our students, along with data management, pastoral support and intervention to extend academic achievement. Helping our students to build confidence and be resilient learners with a growth mindset.

Responsible for: operations, quality assurance, personnel, training and development, customer satisfaction, marketing and all financial aspects of the business. In a sector that has extremely high turnover in staff, I retained over 95% of my workforce, this was achieved through my relationship with them and my developmental approach.
