Started out as a part of Orion Health which was sold to Hg Capital to become Rhapsody. The company then merged with Corepoint to form Lyniate.My role here was to develop and expend the Rhapsody as a Service product. Our team worked closely with customers to shape the product to their needs. We managed to triple the customer base and revenue each year crossing into profitability 18 months after the products inception. Scaling out cloud development and site reliability engineering. Helping development teams adapt to cloud models, managing the site reliability engineers, helping sales enablement, growing engineers, fitting new services with financial processes, co-ordinating teams with vendors and customers, pre-sales, architecture and technical roadmap planning.Working with an awesome team to make the Rhapsody as a Service product the best it can be. Part of the computing infrastructure development team, I worked to develop self-managing VPNs, a reliable firewall core, computers in cars and other operational enhancements. Mostly working with Unix and security systems.

My position here was to inspect and evaluate production units to ensure military standards compliance. If the required standards were not attained it was my responsibility to correct the situation or put systems in place to regain compliance. This three month temporary contract was to provide the extra labour for an in-flux of orders for military training equipment. I covered a wide variety of duties including production, QA testing, supervision and repairs.
