I love what I do - even when I don’t always know what I'll be doing next. That’s why I’m excited about consulting!From research to orchestra, dancing to public speaking, I’ve explored many paths to find where I feel at my best. What I discovered is a common thread that ties my greatest moments together: people, problem-solving, and purpose.People:I remember my first job at Starbucks fondly because of the people I worked with and served. Even when we had to serve 500 customers in six hours, our team succeeded because we had each other’s backs and infused fun into our work. I thrive in team environments.Problem-Solving:In my research experiences, both independently in high school and with the Acoustic Phonetics Perceptions Lab and the Play Lab at NYU, I found my passion for blending diverse perspectives to tackle complex problems. There’s something magical about a collective effort to achieve something greater.Purpose:I’m at my best when helping others, feeling connected to something larger than myself. Whether assisting a peer with a project, volunteering with NYU Alumni Relations, or supporting the Plano Symphony Orchestra, I’m uplifted by the impact of my work on the world around me.Knowing this, it’s no wonder I’m most excited about tackling interdisciplinary projects in cross-functional teams. Consulting is the perfect fit – collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds to manage meaningful change.I might not know what’s next for me, but I get the feeling you might.
