Currently leading the Airline Sales Route Development Strategy at CPH, as well as being the Key Account and Route Development Manager for Norwegian Air Shuttle, the Asian, and Russia / CIS markets. I've been organising and managing the sales efforts at the many Conferences we attend, optimising the resources at our disposal to the best opportunities available to us.In the past years here at CPH, I’ve led the tasks of reviewing and restructuring the entire Sales Process, Sales Pipeline management, customer segmentation and created a new, data-led and structured approach to Route Development for Airline Sales at CPH. On the Route Development and customer-focused side, I’ve delivered significant growth from new and existing routes, way above the airport average, with Norwegian, and brought in new airlines and routes to CPH, from China, Russia, Germany and Cyprus, amongst others.With a background in Sales and General Commercial Management, in Europe and Asia, I've worked to get the right things done; to make a positive difference for my customers, and to develop those people I've been lucky enough to have as members of my teams. I've succeeded in helping team members grow and expand their capablities; sorting out problems and opportunities for customers inside and outside the companies I've been employed by; consistently turned profits; and I've learned quite a bit about Aviation, Liner Shipping, Management, and Leadership, along the way.
