Whether it's personal or work, I am someone who sets my sights high on the goals that I want to achieve along with setting mini goals as stepping stones to help me reach them. When I initially began my Credentialing career, I made a goal to work my way up to being a Lead. This included volunteering for several projects and learning as much as I could from our team. I am very happy to say that just a few years later, I reached my goal and I've learned so much along the way. After my first year, I had also received the Rookie of the Year award.Being a Leader has been such an adventure. I've learned more from different leaders and I've sharpened my leadership skills amongst our team and department. I'm best known for still raising my hand to help out with different projects and being an effective communicator with any person on any level. Amongst my team, I am best known for being the best support system that I can be for them and working on new ways to keep everyone engaged in a remote work environment.In my spare time, Crafting and Video games are my go to. They give me the ability to get lost in the projects that I'm making or the story lines of the games. (Final Fantasy games are my favorite for game play, story, and music)I'm looking forward to meeting new people and making amazing new connections!
