LDS aims to fundamentally change the way residential housing developers and their lenders approach development finance in the new build housing market. The impact was so great, raising £1.5m+ in two months, that the CEO of Landmark Group was awarded the Prime Minister’s Points of Light Award on 18th December 2020. The award recognises outstanding individual volunteers – people who are making a change in their community. In a ceremony attended by the Prime Minister, he bestowed the award personally to the CEO. -
