As Lead Level Designer and Co-Leader on Doom 3: Phobos, my role is to design, plan, build and execute designs, puzzles, layouts and visual appearance for the levels going into the game. That is all the way from planning, designing and final polish. As Co-Leader I’m responsible of managing and dividing tasks between the team members for the most optimal setup. I think about and work on Level and Game Design on a daily basis. I’m used to write extensive design documents and draw level ideas digitally or on paper.
