Simon is now working on a permanent basis for DNASTREAM Limited as Head of Solution Delivery, a partner of IFS.comSimon joined from IFS where he undertook roles in the R&D department, including; Industry Architect for Energy & Utilities, progressing to IFS Cloud Product Director, and finally IFS Cloud Product Planning Lead supporting all Product Managers.Simon has over 25 years consulting experience, mainly in the Energy and Utilities space including; Centrica, National Grid, E.ON, EDF, ESB, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW), Anglian Water, United Utilities, Thames Water, and DONG Energy (now Orsted).Simon previously held the role of Head of Systems for a Smart Metering installation new start-up business, and he and his team selected IFS Apps 10 for ERP and Service Management (CRM, Scheduling, and Mobile). He also worked closely with R&D in the requirements for Mobile Work Order improvements.Before this time Simon has worked for Logica (now CGI) as an SI, SAP as Software Vendor, and as an Independent Contractor. In his time he has seen how the trends have changed in the industry including Water, Metering, Renewables, Distribution, and Retail.
