• Due to irregularities with the cash-flow and funds allocated to atm's I was tasked to reconcile missing monies throughout the ATM cash life-cycle. I analysed, designed, and built a cash management, anti-fraud and reconciliation tool in Excel. I then used it for the importation and processing of base files from a variety of data sources utilizing business intelligence to facilitate semi-automation of ATM financial reconciliations. Approximately 1.7 million Rand found to be missing and located saving the company significant expense. • Creation of cash management tool for the accurate prediction of cash requirements for ATM’s with a predicted reduction in cash related expenses of 30%• Analysis of cash transaction fees with a calculated cost saving of R30 000 a month

Ran a busy workshop doing hardware and software repairs and upgrades. Went from technician to manager within three months Designed, programmed and implemented a cost and performance tracking system which determined that the business was not making money (which the owner was unaware of before then). The owner was unable to to turn around the business and closed it. Attempted to buy business from owner but was unsuccessful in raising funds.

Produced, installed and delivered houses from architectural plan to full structure on site. This included full project management of each house and design of technical drawings for the conversion of the architectural plans into functional drawings for the panel kit construction and delivery. Included operational and management responsibilities, client liaison, site visits and project handover, stock control and other functions. They doubled my salary.
