Responsible for the management of Nursing Revalidation across the trust. Main duties include providing board reassurance that nurses are completing revalidation by providing training and resources that facilitate the revalidation processes. By implementing new IT solutions to managing corporate revalidation I ensure robust governance and management.Another significant work project I am currently leading on include the redesign and development of the Trusts daily staffing and Acuity processes for nursing, integrating new automated and linked data capture processes.

Royal Surrey County Hospital

Primarily responsible for the development and implementation of the Overseas Nurse and Test of Competence training programme at The Royal Surrey County Hospital. The programmes have a class leading pass rate of 99% with a UK leading first time pass rate for ToC of 80%. With over 200 nurses having completed these programmes to date we now regularly receive requests from Trusts throughout the UK to share our methodology and processes for these programmes. The Trust has now begun to offer external candidates the opportunity to undertake our bespoke training.Other notable achievements include the successful application and awarding of the Quality Mark for the training we deliver, the development and implementation of the PDT Website Database, redevelopment of the RCN Accredited IV Administration Training Package and the roll out of over 20 ward specific learning workbooks.Other duties included leading on the development and management of student nurses, ODP, APs and Paramedics.
