I have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a strong background in process improvement, new business development, and project planning.As a former manager at Caterpillar, I worked with equipment manufacturers to take product concepts from design to market, using state-of-the-art technology and a team of professionals. I helped grow the OEM Solutions Group business by identifying and developing unique products and companies that met the needs of the end users and aligned with Caterpillar's product line. I also have extensive field experience in the practical application of Caterpillar products in large-scale construction and mining sites.
