As a Tax Partner at PwC Tax & Legal Services (i.e. PwC Société d'Avocats, a law firm and member of the international PwC network in France), I developed specific knowledge in French corporate tax law and international tax law including inbound and outbound investment for US and foreign MNCs. I also have experience providing assistance with tax authority audits, due diligence and structuring for M&A deals involving French entities. I have been on secondment on the French Tax Desk of PwC US in New York for 2 years. I was mainly positioned to provide US companies with insight into tax and business developments in France, including planning strategies and investment' structuring.I am a lawyer and I hold a Masters Degree in Tax from the University of Lille as well as a Professional Postgraduate Degree in Business Law and Management from HEC Paris, School of Management.
